Time has flown by despite being in lockdowns over the past 12 months and I can’t believe I’ve already been writing for a year! It started as a lockdown project but even as we start to see some more normality, I find myself looking forward to writing blog posts. It’s just finding the time to write!

It has been so great to share our tips and experiences with you all. Thank you so much for reading my blog! 

To new readers, welcome!  I started the blog to share our experiences from buying our first home with useful links and tips, from the preparation that we did when we first started looking to our experience of moving and settling into our new home.

It also amazes me that there are almost 2000 followers on the @adventuresofahomebuyer Instagram account!  I’ve really enjoyed taking photos of our home and sharing our journey from getting the keys to our new build flat to furnishing and decorating it to make it feel like our home.

To help navigate the blog, I have written the blog posts in chronological order so if you use the Archive button in the menu on the left hand side, you can see the posts by month! 

If you click on the month, the side menu will expand with all the posts from that month. Also, I have now grouped the blog posts by topic under ‘Topics’ in the side menu so hopefully that will help too! The topics are also available in the menu bar at the top of the website.
